Tuition is due and payable in advance of care in either monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly increments. Your contract will outline the payment terms agreed upon. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Money Order, Check, Credit Cards(via square) and Paypal.
In the event that your payment date falls on a weekend, holiday or vacation when the daycare is closed you will be responsible for paying your tuition on time. For your convenience you have the option of paying online .
All tuition payments are due as follows:
Weekly payments- Friday before week pd. for
Bi-weekly- Friday before the weeks pd. for
Monthly- the last business day of the prior month.
Your contracted tuition fees are payable during the Childcare's posted vacations. Please see the handbook for information on Client vacations.
Late Payment fees are: $10 per day and are payable in full along with any late tuition payments.
